These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any products purchased from The Siako Edit. By accessing this website and/or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Digital Products & No Refund Policy

All products sold by The Siako Edit are digital products, including Shopify templates and downloadable files, delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided under any circumstances

  • This applies regardless of whether the product has been downloaded, accessed, installed, or used

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy prior to checkout.

Shopify Template License

When you purchase a Shopify template from The Siako Edit, you are purchasing a single-use license, not ownership of the template.

This license permits you to:

  • Use the template on one (1) Shopify website only

  • Customise the template for your own brand or business

Each website requires its own license.
If you wish to use the template on an additional website, a separate license must be purchased for each site.

Licenses are non-transferable.

 

Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, gift, or distribute any template or digital product

  • Make the product available for download (free or paid)

  • Include the template as part of a website package, bundle, or client service

  • Claim the template or any part of it as your own work

  • Sell, distribute, or share modified or derivative versions of the template

Any use outside the scope of this license requires written consent from The Siako Edit.

Intellectual Property

All Shopify templates, designs, layouts, graphics, and associated files are the intellectual property of The Siako Edit.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with these Terms.
Ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights remain with The Siako Edit at all times.

Modifications

You may customise the template for your own website, including changes to colours, fonts, images, and content.

However:

  • Customised or modified templates may not be resold, redistributed, or shared

  • Modifications do not grant ownership or authorship rights

 

Support & Updates

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Purchases do not include ongoing support, setup, or customisation services

  • Updates are not guaranteed

  • Shopify platform updates or third-party app changes may impact template functionality

 

Disclaimer & No Guarantees

The Siako Edit makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Sales, conversions, or financial results

  • Website performance or business success

Results vary based on individual implementation, products, content, and marketing efforts.

 

Termination

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license

  • Revocation of access to the digital product

  • No refund provided

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

By purchasing or using any digital product from The Siako Edit, you agree to these Terms in full.
